Executive Team

Bilikiss Adebiyi – CEO, brings five years of technology and management experience. She worked at IBM Corporation as a software engineer for 5 years where she developed social networking software that served thousands of users at Fortune 500 companies. Bilikiss holds an MBA from MIT Sloan, a MA in Computer Science from Vanderbilt University, and a BS in Computer Science from Fisk University. Bilikiss is based in Lagos full-time.

Alexandra Fallon – CSO, brings waste value chain experience to the team from her work with Harvest Power, an organic waste management start-up, Save that Stuff, a local recycling hauler, and waste picker cooperatives in Brazil. She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and an AB in Development Studies from Brown University. Alex is based in the US and travels to Lagos.

Jonathan Kola – CTO, brings mobile development experience from work with M-Pesa and FabFi in Kenya. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Harvard College. Jonathan is based in Lagos full-time.
